Setup Schedule

FRIDAY FEBRUARY 9^th, 2024

Show setup and registration of material to be judged

10:00 am - 9:00 pm

Online registration will become available about a week before the Show. In-person registration will be accepted on the Friday.

All plants and artwork to be judged must be registered by 6:00 pm Friday. Late entries may be exhibited but will not be included in Ribbon Judging. The Registrar can be found in the Conference Room upstairs across from the Studios.

SOOS members should bring in their plants before 4:00 pm Friday and are responsible for registering their own plants.

Vendors who wish assistance in putting up the display should email show@soos.ca ahead of time so that a volunteer can be assigned.

Teardown

All exhibits must be left in place until 4:15 pm Sunday, February 11^th, 2024.

No plants may be removed from any display until the end of the Show.
