Exhibitors may Pre-Register their plants before they arrive at the show for setup.

This Means:

Pre-registration will allow you to get your tags much faster. You can still do it all during setup on Friday. We will have the forms at the registration desk.

If you do pre-register, you can change anything up to the last minute.

The purpose of this is to streamline to process and get you your tags faster.

By having a lot of the boring data entry stuff done early, we are able to better serve you.

Society Exhibits:

If you are planning to contribute to a society display as well as your own, you can now assign any of your plants to a society or group display.

Confirmed Exhibitors have been sent a UserName and Password to access the registration system. If you have not received yours please contact us.

The On-line System will be in operation:

from   10:00 am   February 1^st     to     5:00 pm   Friday February 10^th, 2023.
