Registration
Online Registration will be available a week before the Show.
Plants and Artwork may be registered online beginning a week before the Show or may be done in-person on Friday. Registration ends Friday at 6 pm.
Advantages of pre-registering:
- Printed list of entries is and Tags for Ribbbon Judging are available earlier in the day allowing for better organization of the Exhibit
- Accuracy is improved because there is time to have a Lay or AOS Judge check the classes
- Changes to entries can be made until Friday at 6 pm
- Entries can be put into different exhibits
Confirmed Vendors and Exhibitors:
Confirmed Vendors and Exhibitors will be sent a UserName and Password to access the registration system. If you have not received yours please contact us at ☞ registrar@soos.ca.
SOOS Members:
Please pre-register your plants so the the Display Coordinator knows what is coming ahead of time. If you don’t remember your account, or need to set one up, please email to ☞ registrar@soos.ca.
